Out of all the sales agents we dealt with trying to find our new home (about 10 of them), it was not until we met Lukas Santinon of Independent that we found the right one. Lukas was so very impressive that not only did we buy that property, but engaged him to sell our existing one as well. He was thoroughly across the property's details, took the time to give us a very thorough inspection answering all questions accurately, and given our experience with others who just stood over in the corner on their phones, he was actually actively trying to sell the property, but in a very genuine way (not pushy at all).
