Lukas provided excellent guidance on what needed to be done to the property to get it ready for sale. He provided a detailed program of the activities leading up to the auction. He also regularly updated me on the progress leading up to the auction. Overall, he provided the best service possible in my view and I would certainly recommend him to others buying or selling real estate.
