We just purchased a property for which Tammy acted for the vendor. We found Tammy and the other agents at Independent to be good communicators with a great knowledge of the property and the vendor’s expectations. But most of all we found Tammy very responsive, answering our questions and arranging inspections promptly and without any drama.

Having sold other properties with Ray, I already knew I’d experience his high attention to detail, as well as confidence and honesty without arrogance. Once again, Ray exceeded expectations.

Manuel had sold a house for us previously. This time it was a 1 bedroom unit, a totally different type of sale. Manuel defined the property accurately and indicated where it needed some TLC to bring it to a top quality unit. We agreed and he went about bring in 3 quotes for us to choose from. Once the work was completed he showed me through the unit and it was very, very presentable. He then discussed how the unit should be sold and asked if we had any issues with his plans. We agreed to go with his plan and within a couple of weeks we had offers. Manuel did not rush the sales process and allowed time for buyers to consolidate their offers so both he and I knew they were sold offers. It came down to 2 offers and we agreed which was the better and proceeded to settlement. Manuel's professionalism during this whole process was beyond reproach. I highly recommend him to sell your property, particularly if you heed his suggestions. He will be selling our family home next........

It was a great experience working with Ray Moon. He was informed, courteous and always available to assist with the sale of our Belconnen property. Ray’s negotiation skills came to the fore when working with the buyer to obtain a sale price that all parties were happy with. I would not hesitate in recommending Ray as the agent to use for the sale or purchase of property.

Entrusting the sale of my property to Ray Moon while residing out of state proved to be an excellent decision. Their advice on what to do and not to I believe helped enhance the property's appeal, emphasising its strengths for potential buyers. Meticulous attention to maintaining a pristine presentation during inspections, including cleaning the place themselves and de-weeding, demonstrated his commitment to excellence. What truly stood out was his proactive communication, promptly sharing new information and engaging and following up with potential buyers. His proficiency not only streamlined the long-distance selling process but also instilled confidence in his market expertise. Overall, working with him made the selling experience remarkably smooth and stress free. Highly recommend!
