Manuel had sold a house for us previously. This time it was a 1 bedroom unit, a totally different type of sale. Manuel defined the property accurately and indicated where it needed some TLC to bring it to a top quality unit. We agreed and he went about bring in 3 quotes for us to choose from. Once the work was completed he showed me through the unit and it was very, very presentable. He then discussed how the unit should be sold and asked if we had any issues with his plans. We agreed to go with his plan and within a couple of weeks we had offers. Manuel did not rush the sales process and allowed time for buyers to consolidate their offers so both he and I knew they were sold offers. It came down to 2 offers and we agreed which was the better and proceeded to settlement. Manuel's professionalism during this whole process was beyond reproach. I highly recommend him to sell your property, particularly if you heed his suggestions. He will be selling our family home next........
