Excellent experience!
I cannot speak highly enough of having Manuel act as my agent when selling my property. He was thorough, professional and knew the market when providing advice. He kept me regularly updated after every home open and guided me expertly throughout the selling process. In addition, Manuel is a genuinely lovely and trustworthy person.

16yrs ago I purchased my property as an investment from Manuel, during these yrs he has kept in contact via phone email and cards every few months to make sure every thing has been running smoothly, not living in ACT is was good to know I had someone there to keep me in touch with my unit, the market and developments in ACT. Manuel organized my sale over COVID with me locked interstate he advised on Solicitors stylist trade's etc. to best showcase my unit. His knowledge on the market gave me realistic values to work towards he backed up his words with action selling my property quickly with minimum effort from me. I would not hesitate in recommending Manuel for any Real Estate transactions

The "look you in the eye" kinda agent!
Manuel's honesty and calm demeanor provided me with reassurance during the daunting experience that is buying a property. I genuinely enjoyed dealing with Manuel, always willing to assist and available at all hours to address my many questions with honest answers. Manuel is definitely not the stereotypical arrogant, overbearing salesperson.

I won't deal with any other agent
I have worked with Manuel a number of times over the past 15 years and he is always detailed in his preparation and puts all his effort into the sale. People are surprised at the number of inspections he holds to gain maximum exposure of the property. He contacts me on a regular basis to keep me informed of the sale progress. Most importantly, he easily exceeds my expectations regarding the sale price. His "after sales" service is exceptional in that he maintains regular contact on a professional basis.

Friendly, professional and excellent agent
