I bought a property off-plan when I was in a strong financial position. The unexpected happened which was completely out of my control. I called upon Ray Moon and his team in a situation where I knew I could not settle in time. After the broker gave me the shattering news that I would not be able to settle I was facing a loss of my hard earned deposit. I told Ray Moon about my personal situation.
