Paul was professional and caring throughout my buying process and really made an impact on keeping my first buying experience a very pleasant one. He took the time to go through in detail and educated me in various things, which I was not aware of given it was my first purchase. He also made sure of my needs were taken care of before I had realised. Most definitely recommend this professional agency to anyone, anytime and I very much look forward to working with Paul again in the future for my next property.

Paul came recommended to us by friends. Immediately we knew he was the right man for the job. His attention to detail is next level as is his data and knowledge of the market. He won’t necessarily tell you what you want to hear...but it won’t take you long to realise he was right

I have dealt with Paul Corazza for three sales and a purchase in the Canberra area and have received exceptional service on every occasion. The minute you meet Paul you will realise you are dealing with a true professional that knows the details matter. Paul has directed the sales process on each occasion and ensured I had a full understanding of the current market and what to do to present the home at the highest level to achieve not only a great sale but a very efficient sales process. Paul gives you his undivided attention to ensure all the working parts of a sale are covered and keeps in constant communication about the interest in the property which gives you confidence that all is under control and on track. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul to any potential seller or buyer for an above and beyond service. Thank you

Our experience with Ray was above and beyond anything we have experienced with real estate agents. An absolute professional the whole way through the process, Ray kept us informed and made suggestions that helped us to sell our property. We would gladly recommend Ray to any of our friends or family!

From the first day I met Manuel I felt assured that he would be acting in my best interests and my confidence in the end was most justified with a very successful sale. Manuel was very helpful in advising on presentation and able to source for me the right tradies who were very good value. He was very persistent in working hard to secure the best sale price. Overall a very enjoyable and comfortable experience with Manuel as my agent and would highly recommend him.

Manuel Vlandis, my wife Anne and I met many years ago when we purchased an investment property in Holt, ACT. We purchased the property through another real estate agent but Manuel asked politely if he could add us to his newsletter database. We received his newsletter regularly over the years plus twice a year he would call us for a chat about the Canberra real estate market and our status on buying further investment properties or selling our current investment properties. In 2017 we decided to sell one of our investment properties in Dunlop, on the advice of our Financial Adviser. We used the Real Estate Agency that was property managing our Dunlop property but did not get a prospective buyer to register as a bidder at the auction. We went home with our tail firmly between our legs to lick our wounds. Some 4 months later Manuel called for his bi-annual chat and I asked him to view our investment property in Dunlop and tell me how he would go about selling it and what he felt it was worth. Manuel pulled no punches - he advised we had to spend money on the property to get it up to a strong selling standard if we wanted to realise its true value. He then estimated what it would sell for as is and what sale price it could reach if we followed his advice. Anne and I decided to employ Manuel because of his truthful bluntness and his willingness to help us with the project of improving the property by introducing us to the right people. (we shopped around but could not better the quotes from the people to whom Manuel introduced). Manuel advertised the house brilliantly and opened the house no less than 6 times before and on the auction date and gave us a detailed report the day after each open session. On Auction day we had 2 couples register to bid and we sold the property at the price Manuel said we could achieve. I will be using Manuel to sell our last remaining investment property. I highly recommend Manuel as he is the quintessential professional.

Our experience with Paul at Independent was fantastic. He was always professional and couldn’t have been more helpful. The price range he gave us proved to be very realistic, not something I received from some of the other agents I had dealt with during our search. The personal touches, like bubbly on auction day and personal delivery of the keys upon settlement, were the icing on the cake. Even after the sale was finalised Paul went out of his way to help us with an issue. I will definitely recommend Paul and Ray to family or friends who are buying or selling in the future.
