Ray and collègues were the perfect agents for my sale. They organised tradesmen to tidy up jobs that maximised the value, set a saleable price and sold the property very quickly. I am unwell, so having Ray and Paul do all of the work of selling was perfect. I also found the communication between their office and me was the right balance of information. I found their office through a really good experience of buying a house - I had no hesitation in using them for the sale of my other property.

Paul and his team took the time to help us in every way when looking to buy a property. We were organised cash buyers back in an extremely competitive market who were becoming disappointed at the lack of personal service and replies to offers we submitted until we looked at a home Paul was selling at auction. He and Ray were readily available to answer questions and they organised easy access for our own pest inspector. We were the successful bidders, Paul and his team were prompt, honest and organised in all dealings. When receiving keys to the property Paul walked us through the house ensuring we located utility meters and showed us how to operate appliances etc. We felt valued as buyers who were making a major purchase, as Paul and his team were and are, true gentlemen in an industry where we had come across a few sharks in our search for a place to call home.
