Performance evaluation.
Happy with overall performance and negotiation skills, though was disappointed that I was constantly being asked to take 2 hours out of my day to attend an in office update of open houses and expressed interest when this could easily have been discussed over the phone. Also, I was displeased with the undue pressure being applied upon my solicitor to finalise procedures. Little consideration was given to my unusual work hours.

Bought and sold apartment thru Paul
Paul and his team provided an excellent service on both occasions and during our Sale process went that little bit further to ensure the sale was successfully completed. They even vacuumed the new carpet and watered the plants! If I was to be active in the Canberra market again I would use Paul and his team without hesitation.

Peter fulfilled all elements of the contract we signed. Peter was always on time and when he said something would be done it did get done. He kept me informed as to the clients viewing the house and provided helpful feedback.

Selling from overseas
I sold my property while overseas in the UK and I could not have asked for a better outcome and agent. All my liaisons with Grahame were through emails and the promptness and detail in his email replies, considering we were in different time zones, was fantastic. His knowledge and advice were spot on, including the length of time to sell. While I was initially sceptical on the use of staging, I ended up taking Grahames advice to do this and I'm glad I did as it helped set my property apart from others in the market. The end result being the selling of my property in a quick time frame (within 4 weeks of listing).
