This is the third time we have used Ray to sell a property for our family and it won’t be the last! He’s a fantastic agent and goes above and beyond to ensure a great result and to make sure we are informed every step along the way. We happily recommend Ray to anyone who is looking at selling or buying in Canberra, you won’t need to ever deal with another agent again!

I have the great pleasure in recommending Manuel Vlandis to anybody who wants a friendly, honest and reliable real estate agent. He helped me in buying my apartment in Kippax and when I decided to sell it a number of years later he helped me once again. He provided me with good advice on how to get the best price and I was more than happy with the outcome. He always kept me informed on what was going on in the process and answered all my questions promptly.

Ray went absolutely above and beyond to achieve an exceptional result! From the first conversation, he was able to provide valuable advice and suggestions, which ultimately aided in the fantastic impact our marketing campaign had. At all times he worked in my best interests and as an interstate vendor, maintained regular communication so I always knew what was going on. ‘Anyone' can sell a property, but in a challenging market it is all the more important to select an agent who not only has relevant market knowledge, but is also able to connect, engage, and work effectively with the buyer to secure a sale. I gladly recommend Ray Moon to anyone looking to sell a property in Canberra.

Paul was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market, and offered great advice to improve our sell. Paul kept us well informed at every step of the process and did a tremendous job of selling our house, in fast time too.

Ray was a pleasure to deal with his attention to detail and comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding area and competing marketplace meant that we not only got a sale in a great timeframe but a great price! Ray even helped us with recommendations for tradespeople and everything we needed to get the property ready for sale, we highly recommend Ray Moon.

Paul was very helpful and responsive to our inquiries throughout the purchasing process. We really appreciated his professionalism and assistance, particularly as we were buying the house from overseas.

Paul gave helpful feedback and recommendations to prepare the house for sale and got me a price higher then I was expecting. He always rang to keep me updated with how everything was going and the house wasn’t on the market for long. Would recommend Paul to anyone looking at selling.
