We had an agent who did not listen to us, did not provide feedback to us and could not sell our house in 6 months. We were fed up and we heard good things about Lauren, so we decided to change agents and see. Lauren listened, she gave honest feedback, provided regular updates which filled us with enthusiasm and ended up selling our house in 3 weeks.
