I initially found Bhavya to be quite pleasant and approachable. However, as the buying process progressed, there were moments where her communication came across as aggressive and, at times, somewhat unprofessional. When I raised questions about certain aspects of the property or asked about potential fixes, I was told, 'no buyer has ever asked for this,' which felt dismissive. While I understand that some of my requests may not have been conventional, buying a property is often a new experience for many, and it is important to acknowledge that buyers may not always know what is typical or appropriate to ask. Additionally, Bhavya referred to my solicitor as 'incompetent,' which I found unprofessional and unnecessary. Following the exchange, our interactions were limited, but they were more amicable. Despite the high-pressure nature of her role and the demanding environment she works in, it is crucial to maintain respect and consideration for all parties involved, regardless of the property's value. Consistency and professionalism in communication go a long way in fostering a positive experience for buyers.
