I was looking for an investment property and came across an opportunity managed by Jeremy. From the moment I called, he was friendly, patient, and understanding. He made time for us to visit and look around, and was forthcoming and open with all our questions. To his credit, from the first phone call to accepted offer took less than 3 days.

Lisa made the entire selling process a seamless and faultless experience. The agency is very lucky to have Lisa as a part of their team. Lisa is an extremely honest and sales passionate person, and possesses an exceptional industry knowledge, allowing Lisa to work for her clients to the highest standard and achieving the best sales result for them. Lisa hold her values at an exceptionally high and professional standard, and I felt her integrity was beyond reproach. Lisa held her entire sales team with such high regard during the entire sale process, maintaining a high level of communication with them and myself throughout. The manner in which Lisa conducted herself, and her level of respect for the client, buyer and her staff made the sale of my property a rewarding experience. Lisa was able to not only meet my expectations, but exceed them, by having the auction and settlement completed within the timeframe I had specified and obtained an outstanding response and result with her marketing campaign, open home and auction. I would have no hesitation in recommending, or having Lisa sell another property on my behalf, Lisa should be proud of her honesty, integrity and values.

I met Nathan Page when we bought our first home in 2018. He was incredibly patient and professional, guiding a first home buyer, letting us know what needed to be done and what to expect. When we decided to buyer an investment, he was the first person we called and absolutely came through for us. We recently upgraded and Nathan Page was the person we trusted to sell our apartment. He organised everything including new paint and carpet. The process was streamlined and stress-free. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Jacob, Jesse and The Property Collective team did an awesome job at selling our house. We had met Jacob and Jesse when looking to buy ourselves and were impressed by their warm, welcoming and professional but easy going nature. From the initial meeting and walkthrough, to the pre-sale preparation, sourcing some third party services (maintenance, styling, photography), open inspections and sale itself. The actual selling rates and costs were competitive and value for money. Conversations were always easy, down to earth, plain speaking with Jacob's experience, market intelligence and real estate skills shining through. 'Real estate' jargon was kept to a minimum / essentials. We appreciated the flow of information and responsiveness to any questions we had. We also appreciated Jacob acting in the best interest not only of us, but for the buyers as well. This ensured confidence in the sale for all concerned. The support from Jesse and the rest of The Property Collective team made the whole process smooth and easy.

I could not recommend Lisa and the team at Property Collective highly enough. Lisa is an extremely professional and experienced agent who has great knowledge of the Canberra property market. She is highly personable and responsive, and provided valuable advice at every stage of the selling process. I am really happy with the outcome Lisa achieved for us and would absolutely engage her for any future real-estate needs.

I can't say enough good things about Lisa! From day one, Lisa went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Lisa took the time to truly understand my goals, answered all my questions promptly, and provided expert advice that made a real difference. Lisa staged the house beautifully, created stunning marketing materials, and proactively communicated every step of the way. What really set Lisa apart was her willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it was hosting multiple open houses, negotiating fiercely on my behalf, or even helping coordinate minor repairs, Lisa treated my home as if it were her own. Thanks to Lisa, my house sold quickly and for a great price. If you're looking for a real estate agent who truly cares and will give 110%, I wholeheartedly recommend Lisa and her team. I couldn’t be happier with the results!
