Additionally, Bhavya referred to my solicitor as 'incompetent,' which I found unprofessional and unnecessary. Following the exchange, our interactions were limited, but they were more amicable. Despite the high-pressure nature of her role and the demanding environment she works in, it is crucial to maintain respect and consideration for all parties involved, regardless of the property's value. Consistency and professionalism in communication go a long way in fostering a positive experience for buyers.
