Lauren was a great agent, one who listened to our needs and then was able to make the magic happen. The property listing was easy and stressless, and the project to modernise the home was well-managed. It's a challenging and emotional experience when you sell the home you have lived in for the longest time in your family life. Not to mention that three beautiful girls and our grandchildren have made many memories in this home you are now selling. This was not lost on Lauren, who worked with us and helped us through the emotional decisions that had to be made. Her support was reassuring and comforting and reduced our overall stress and sadness. The outcome of the upgrade project was astonishing, not without its challenges, but the result of bringing our home ahead 20 years was fantastic, and to quote one of our daughters, it wasn't easy to recognise it as our home. This also went a long way to reduce the stress and emotions of selling and moved it, if only slightly, to a transaction.
