From first meeting Ben I knew I would be in safe hands. Ben is personable, funny and was easy to annoy with all the random questions I had. Listening to Ben talk about the market, improvements to my home and the advertising campaign made me feel safe in his approach and vision. A highlight was watching him guide the photography shoot so my apartment looked amazing! Ben understood my motives for selling and put me at ease through the whole process. He found a buyer quickly and the settlement process was amazing all while getting me the appropriate sale figure. Cannot recommend Ben enough.

I like to thank Lauren and the team for their assistance in selling my property, while I reside abroad. For Lauren, she offered me plenty of advice on the renovation and styling of the property. She oversaw all the renovations on my behalf, kept the timeline till going live, etc. and was in constant communication with me, putting my mind at ease.
