I have worked with Nick twice as a buyer and a seller. He has valuable knowledge and expertise of the local market, and worked hard to negotiate a good price. The process was smooth and stress free and I was kept informed. Highly recommend Nick and Independent group.

It has been many years since re-entering the market world. We reached out to several agents and Mark was the first to show real insight to the market value of our property. Mark and his team were professional, courteous and delivered on expectations. We appreciated the regular updates, the team’s communication, punctuality and responsiveness. Nothing was too much trouble. Mark guided us through every step of the process, with a no-nonsense approach and genuine care for both us and the buyer. Our property sold within 3 days. Thanks Mark and team for the excellent result! I highly recommend Mark and his team.

I can't rate Jonathon and his team highly enough. Not only did they achieve a great result within one week on the market, but they helped us every step of the way. They organised everything that needed to be done, kept us informed and really took the stress out of what can be a very overwhelming process. Their market knowledge, communication, professionalism and hands-on approach are outstanding. Thank you Jonathan, Robert, and Dominic. We are so glad we found you!

Knowledge of the property, advantages of the location and similar properties in the area. Holly was also most helpful in my undertaking the preexchange review.

We found Nicholas and the team at Independent Property Group to be very professional and helpful in every way. He steered us in the right direction on all the steps of the selling process and he was happy to share his vast knowledge of real estate. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of the sale of our home. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nicholas and his team if you are considering selling.

This is the second time we have engaged Nick to help us with selling because the first time he was excellent. Nick got us a fantastic result this time again and has been a pleasure to work with. He has a great understanding of the market in Canberra, provided great advice, and has been very professional throughout the whole process. Many thanks again to Nick and his team.

As a buyer having experienced a whole range of agents during our search, we were so lucky that when we found the right place, Nicholas was the sale agent for it. We had experienced some agents on our search which had us walk away from homes which otherwise could have met the bill. We were motivated to make a quality offer to quickly secure the property and Nicholas' was able to communicate a price range which matched this and the market. He was an asset to his seller in the way he correctly understood our approach and how we wanted to negotiate. After this and working through the purchase process, having Nicholas to guide and ensure everything was on track was a godsend. If you find yourself buying from Nicholas you are in luck, what he tells you will check out and when you need him, he'll be there. If you are looking for a sale agent who ensures that you have the most prospective buyers possible for your property, know that Nicholas will look after them and get you every possible offer you can.
