Asking Independent to act for us in the sale of our Gordon home was one of the best property choices we have made. From our first meeting to our amazing auction result, working with Jonathon and Robert was a truly wonderful experience. Their knowledge of the market and the professional manner in which they dealt with a large number of interested people and prospective buyers was evident throughout the entire process. Communication was also a plus. They kept us up to date and gave us the assurance we needed during an anxious four weeks. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property in Canberra.

Mark assisted me with my first property purchase. He was knowledgeable, flexible, and accommodating when it came to questions or queries. I would say he went above and beyond to assist me, and for that, I am very grateful. I would recommend him to anyone, whether new or experienced within the property market.

We found Mark to be very professional and helpful when we purchased our property through him. He was frank with us about the qualities of the property, was well versed in its recent history and did not apply any pressure tactics. All of our interactions with him were very positive and gave us confidence that the property was the right choice for us.

We left Mark to look after the sale of our property while we were overseas. We received one email from Mark during that time to congratulate us on the sale of the property for the price we wanted. Mark looked after our interests and the buyers interest with integrity and professionalism.

We decided to engage Nicholas after talking to 2 other agents. The reason we chose Nicholas was because of his knowledge of the market, especially the apartment building we were selling. His professionalism was very much appreciated as was the communication. We are very pleased with the service and so happy with the successful results.
