Always wonderful to have such a positive experience with an agent from the perspective of being the buyer - ie. not the client ;) My experience of Mark is that he acts with integrity, is highly efficient, responsive and personable. I'd happily go through Mark again next time, whether I'm the buyer or the seller, knowing he'll do a great job balancing the interests of everyone involved along the way.

You should not go anywhere else. Jonathan Charles is quite clearly head and shoulders above everyone else in real estate. He achieved an excellent outcome for us on our ACT property sale and we couldn't be happier. No promises or false expectations - he just delivers!!

While I did not have direct contact with Mark during the process of selling my property, I know that Mark was working hard with Nicholas to generate the best outcome. I am very happy with the service I was provided.

Nicholas managed the sale of our property from start to end, ensuring that we were informed of everything along the way. Being overseas at the time of exchange, Nicholas made sure everything was in order to make the process as smooth as possible. We were very happy with the level of service provided by Nicholas and will be seeking him out if we decide the buy in Canberra again.

Was given the right advice to best suite what we needed in what was a tough market.

Jonathon was an absolute pleasure to work with on my first home purchase. I'd have gone to other inspections across my preferred location and Jonathon was the most personable, real and genuine of them. He was attentive, listened and ensured to provide as much detail as possible to ensure we had everything we needed to make an informed decision. Definitely made the overall experience that better and confident in the final outcome of everything. Thanks again and look forward to working with you in the future!

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Mark Wolens and the team at Independent Property Group Woden & Weston Creek. Having little knowledge about the property market and yet wanting to sell my house at this volatile time was nerve-wracking. However, after reaching out to Mark and his team, that anxiety quickly subsided when Mark spent time answering my questions, demonstrating his market knowledge and professionalism. Mark provided objective data regarding the sale process and possible outcomes making the experience easy and stress-free for me. He took extra steps and promptly communicated and followed up on any concerns I had. I credit Mark and his team for successfully selling my property at lightning speed. What was more amazing was that Mark was able to negotiate above my asking price – Truly a professional and genuine guy, looking out for their client’s best interests. I highly recommend Mark Wolens and the superb team at Independent Property Group.
