Nicholas Jacob (Nick) recently sold my unit in Belconnen. Nick is professional, very knowledgeable of the real estate market in Canberra, conscientious, courteous and friendly. He is very thorough in following up with potential buyers. I received a prompt feedback after each 'open house'. Nick always replied promptly to my questions. Nick is well supported by a team of professional people behind him. Nick and his team helped me to have a stress-free sale experience. I thoroughly recommend Nicolas Jacob.

Jonathan is an outstanding real estate agent who works hard for his clients. Selling your home can be a hassle but Jonathan made it so easy for us. Jonathan is very professional, extremely friendly, always willing to listen to our needs and focused on what was in our best interest. He has excellent knowledge about the Canberra market, realistic in his outlook and most importantly, very honest in his opinions. He even made sure we weren't stressed with the whole process of selling. Jonathan is also very detail oriented and gives great advice. He proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the photographs and gave us good and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing touches for the presentation of the house.   All of this resulted for successful sale of our house. We strongly recommend his service to anyone.

Ive had two dealings with Mark, my first was some time back as a purchaser of a property which I bought from him. I was very happy with Marks assistance in the purchase, later deciding to seek his help in selling. I find Mark to be very trustworthy, and his knowledge and skills of getting the best outcome are commendable, he will work for the best price........I also found all those that work with Mark to be very friendly and knowledgeable

Rare, but in the past 7 years we have bought and sold in the Woden Valley area 3 times. Since then there have been many new great Agents and Real Estates Agencies join the local market. Based on the years of experience and invaluable market insight and knowledge that Jonathan and his team have, the results achieved to date and support through the entire sales process from start to end we have never considered changing Agents. Jonathan and his team are rated amongst the best in the ACT, and his negotiation skills are second to none. We highly recommend his services and commitment to delivering the best results possible for all his clients.

As the buyer, we fully understood that Jonathan's client was the seller. However, we found Jonathan to be totally honest and ethical in his dealing with us. During the negoiating process, he kept us up to date on where matters were at and his support team were extremely professionally in all areas of the purchase. I highly recommend Jonathon and his team.

Jonathon and his assistant Dominic arranged for the sale of our property in July 2021. From our first meeting, we found Jonathon and Dominic extremely professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They suggested minor home improvements to make the house more saleable and even arranged for tradesmen to complete the works at a reasonable price. They kept us informed throughout the entire sale period and their extensive market experience and excellent marketing campaign allowed us to obtain a sale price well above our reserve at auction. We cannot thank Jonathon and Dominic enough for making the selling phase of our move interstate a much less stressless experience than we anticipated.

Jonathan led a tremendous listing and auction for our property on the Kingston foreshore. The attention to detail by the sales team, including Dominic Sisa, Andrew Potts and Stan Platis (ACT Real Estate Industry icon) provided for an excellent outcome. We know our buyers have a great property and we would recommend this "A-team" to family and friends if they have any property needs. Thanks again, Michael and Louise Battenally

We met Jonathon earlier in the year when our son was looking at buying some real estate. We instantly established a rapport with him. Jonathon assisted us in presenting our home in the best possible light. His co-worker, Dominic, was also incredibly helpful. Open houses (no home owners favourite) we’re handled professionally and with a minimum of fuss, as were private viewings. We sold in just 8 days from going on the market. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jonathon. His knowledge of the market is vast and the customer service unparalleled. What a terrific experience!
