Met up with Michael on Thurs evening, Open house on Saturday, Unit rent out on Monday morning and commence the following Monday. Communication with Michael is easy and less intimidating, he probably won’t agree all my views when come to determine the rental price but he shared his view points from the tenants and markets perspective. Thank you. They also kept us informed about the rental progress of our unit promptly. Their pricing structure is simple and easy to understand, reasonable and competitive. Suggestion: Include a clause to have tenants to submit a reimbursement request with amount in email on anything that required landlord to pay BEFORE making the purchase and not after as a courtesy in regards it’s the landlord responsibility or not within contract.
