Great communication
The large staff of Infinity property is highly skilled and all very friendly and polite. What matters most to me as a landlord is swift and clear communication and they fulfill this requirement very well. During a somewhat sluggish rental market they go the extra mile by conducting open house some three times a week, even on Sundays. Staff has a range of skills including managing sometimes difficult tenant, landlord issues. For our recent renovations senior staff came and gave knowledgeable advice as to the best areas in which to invest. Highly recommended.

What an experience, service is Infinity and Beyond
What an experience, service is Infinity and Beyond what you can imagine. I had my new unit, and within the 1st open house inspection already rented out. Thanks to Michael the company director for taking his time prior to unit settlement and gave his useful advice on what to ADD as valuable items to the unit before renting it out. His staff knew what they do, and very responsive and helpful in every ways. Great work team!

Definitely will not recommend
I definitely will not recommend this agent. Talk nice but not do what they said. They are always on tenants' side. What the tenants requested they will keep chasing you to fix. What the owner requested I have to chase up myself. When tenants moved out even didn't check properly or didn't care. Returned the whole bond with defects and didn't ask for your approval. Very upsetting.

Great Service Agent
The property was self-managed for 2 years, after Michael took over he helped with replacing the range hood, fix other bits and pieces in a timely manner. The property rented out in 2 inspections with the desired price. I appreciate the work Michael and the team put into it, the whole experience was seamless and professional. I will definitely come back with another investment property.
