After researching a number of agents, I landed on Inhabit. Initially their customer service was outstanding, then the agent I was using left the business. There was a slight lull in service, but eventually we were appointed Brendan who came through for us. He showed enthusiasm to get the best result for us. He kept us in the loop, called us the Monday after each open, sent me stats, didn't make me feel our apartment was less important than some of their larger sales. I would recommend Brendan and inhabit. They know their market, they have a great database worth of clients and are very well connected in their industry. You won't go wrong with these guys and they are reasonably priced.

Brendon took a very professional approach from the start being clear that he was offering a range for sale price and suggested we go for the high end to start with, then see how it goes. The marketing was also professional and it was obvious that it helped a lot. Brendon managed to find a well-motivated buyer and it was only a matter of agreement over price, then a very short settlement period occurred.
