I initially met Brendon when looking for property, and even though we chose a different property through a different agent, when I called him several years later to seek his help renting our property, he remembered me and the property we looked at. He and his team were fantastic at helping us find a tenant and maintaining the property to the highest standard. Naturally when we thought of selling he was our first call. He took the time to talk us through the market and expectations. Throughout the sale process he kept us updated with information on who was attending inspections and a making enquires. When market conditions changed he was honest and managed our expectations well. Ultimately he found a purchaser who was a good match to our house and negotiated a price that was fair for all parties.
