We purchased through Michael previously and had no questions when getting him to help us sell our family home. Michael along with his team (Isabelle) were great. They provided constant updates, clear communication between us and the buyer. We had a lot of interest and Michael was open about all the offers we received. He help us navigate and negotiate a longer settlement on our behalf as we needed more time. One inspection took longer than expected and Isabelle stayed there until needed. Michael dosent just forget about you once purchased or sold will check in after to see how you are.

We sold our townhouse with Michael that was our investment property. Michael was great not only with us but the tennants as well working with them to do inspections, photos etc. Our buyer had a few questions and Michael dealt with them all for both us and the buyer to happy. Michael never pushed us to take an offer just to get it done and provided timely updates throughout the process. We would buy and sell through Michael again.

We recently sold our property with Michael Spillane and would highly recommend Michael and his very select team to anyone looking to sell. Couldn't have asked for an easier journey. As normal, we approached a few local real estate agents enquiring about selling our Lawnton property initially. I found Michael's comms and information to be by far the most informative and transparent with a 'no games' approach.... his depth of knowledge of the market and industry is comforting similar to speaking with a good old tradie that just knows his stuff, you can just feel it when you're in good hands. In addition to this we were then left alone to think and consider all things through without the badgering daily phone calls which was most respectful. Nothing was a problem for Michael, a very smooth and successful journey. Could not have gone better for us, our appraisal was smack on, his marketing was smack on, the descriptions written for our little property ( and for all his properties ) was outstanding, clearly displaying the time he devotes into each of his sales. Highly recommended, we will be using Michael again.

We recently purchased a property in Bunya with Steve Emson. It was very daunting as we are downsizing from a home of many years in Brisbane. There was a lot of back and forth with the owners, who were lovely (Rob and Di) but Steve helped all the way through with negotiations and meetings between the owners and ourselves.
