Sold at Cashmere in early 2023, could not recommend an agent more highly than Michael. Highly motivated to sell and always felt like he put you first as the agent. His demenour is professional and he always kept us updated with open homes, outcomes, and contracts. His initial meeting with me is what convinced me to use him as our agent. When Michael wasn’t available, everyone else in his team went out of their way to help. From the outset, meeting with several other agents, Michael was head and shoulders above with his work ethic, his ideas but making sure you felt like yours were important as well, and his commission was fantastic. If I was buying or selling in the future I would reach out to Michael and I think that is the true sign of a good agent.
