We engaged Steve because he has lived locally in Bunya for many years and has a proven track record of successfully marketing and selling properties in this area. After engaging him, we found him to be fastidious with his requirements regarding presentation and he also paid much attention to the small details which we may have overlooked. Steve was extremely focused on finding a distinct advantage that the property had over others and used this as his selling tool. In our case, it was the amount of usable flat land along with the "resort" style living (his words not ours!) His tenacity and perseverance lead us to a quick sale. We were also very impressed with his ability to source buyers which not only came from online advertising but also through his personal contacts, and he was very astute in ascertaining those buyers who wanted the rural lifestyle, but could afford it as well. We did not want open days or front signage, so Steve had to work that little bit harder for us! Thanks to Steve's focus and drive, we had several serious buyers which culminated in a successful sale at a record price for the Bunya area. We would have no hesitation in recommending Steve to prospective sellers. He went above and beyond, was extremely respectful and worked tirelessly to secure a good sale for us. This is a rare quality today - having dealt with many sales agents in the last 18 months. Steve would have to be the most attentive and driven agent we have encountered, and we are extremely happy that we did!
