When we decided to downsize from our acreage property at Draper to the Northern suburbs of Brisbane we chose Steve Emson from Innov8 as our agent. We had never met Steve, but decided to ask him to come and talk to us based on the regular flyers he placed in our letterbox outlining the real estate trends for our area. We found Steve to be an absolute gentleman and signed a contract with him to be our selling agent at that very first meeting. Although selling was quite daunting for us after 21 years at Draper Steve 'gently' guided us through constantly checking to ensure he met our wishes. His knowledge of the market was excellent and his advertising and communications soon proved very successful bringing the right people to enquire about and view our property. Steve had buyers for our property within days, but we decide to test the market. Although there were several other interested bidders we eventually accepted the original bid, which we were quite happy with. We required a long settlement period to suit the owners of the house we had signed a contract on and Steve was able to negotiate this with the purchasers of our property. Everybody was happy with a great outcome thanks to Steve. What an outstanding real estate agent. We couldn't have asked for better and strongly recommend Steve to others wanting to buy or sell in his area.
