Michael presented us with a comprehensive market analysis which gave us confidence in our asking price. We also had access to his team including Tina who gave us a step-by-step, detailed plan for each room of the house with advice on how to adapt things for example, adding a breakfast bar and adjusting the layout to give the living spaces a more open appearance which really increased the value of our home. The photographer he used did an amazing job which really showed our house off to full advantage. Most importantly, Michael presented us with a staggered/tiered commission option which would penalize him for a lower sale price and increase his commission marginally if we achieved a much higher sale price... we felt we just couldn't lose. And we didn't - our house sold in 6 days for much more than we expected!
