Now it makes sense - and what a team they are! The entire process was seamless and as stress free as possible. The appraisal conducted by Michael was detailed and more importantly as accurate as they come. So much we even asked Michael to help put together information for us when we were buying a property of another agent. The confidence you gain by using an agent like Michael Spillane is phenomenal - but to be backed by one of the best photographers in the market as well as a team like Isabelle, Simon and Tom. You cannot have anything but the greatest results - which we definitely achieved! The marketing and open homes conducted weekly at a time convenient to us was great, especially with a young family. Innov8 gave us ideas on how to market, what we could do better to get more attention and add value. We thank the Innov8 team as a whole for everything they did for us during the sale of the property! 10/10 would use again.

Our property, whilst renovated, was on a main road which made it a little tricky to sell. Tom, Michael and the team were so persistent and even after a crashed contract, continued to promote and negotiate our property. Michael and his team were very professional from the moment they first entered our house. Our process started about 6 months before we were ready to sell as our house required a lot of renovation. Michael was able to give us real advice on what changes would get us the best result on the day. Once our house was ready for sale Michael put us into contact with a good cleaner and a company to stage our house. The photos produced were of excellent quality. The buyer proved to be very difficult but through excellent negotiation skills of Michael the buyer came to the party and we achieved our asking price. Once everything had finished I felt Michael and his team provided excellent value for money and I had no problem paying their well earned commission.
