From the moment of the first enquiry, he followed up regularly to see when I was ready to put the property up for sale and then how progress was going in preparing the house for sale and staging. He offered tips for staging and regularly kept me up to date of what comparable properties were fetching - trying to get the best price and yet keeping expectations realistic. He was continually working behind the scenes with potential buyers (as were all the team at Integrity), to secure an offer. He was also very understanding of issues relating to the sale of my property and how very personal and involved the sale of one's family home can be.
