William was an absolute pleasure to deal with. After our first sale fell through, he stepped in and took the lead in securing our international buyer making himself available at all hours seven days per week. Even though we had excellent photographs and videos he went over and above to provide our international buyer with several more high quality videos that he personally shot and were spot on in winning our buyer over. I would happily work with Will again and use him again to sell a future property.

I have known William for many years in Kinglake. He is an Agent of Integrity, Honesty and care. I had my property on the market for only 2 weeks when Narelle from Integrity sold my home, which I feel is pretty unheard of for Kinglake. The buyers wanted a 30 day settlement and the whole process was easy and streamlined. No hiccups. Narelle is such a beautiful soul. A wonderful communicator as William is snd as a team I feel they have it all. Thank you so much. 🥰🙏

William is very thoughtful and thorough at his clients needs and is willing to help with any questions, also gave me phone numbers which might help me out after the perches of my property and is still available to help me if required. He is very knowledgeable about the Kinglake area and will help you out if needed

We had Narelle show us the property that we were interested in. She gave us space to look around and was very informative when we asked questions. She was one of the main reasons why we decided to buy actually. We also are getting Integrity to sell our house in Croydon North. We had Joel come through and were also very impressed by his professionalism and experience. All in all we have been delighted dealing with Narelle and Joel from Integrity Real Estate.

I have recently sold my house through Integrity Real Estate, with Will Verhagen acting as my agent, supported by Narelle Johnson. From the outset, Will was fantastic in providing advice and took the time needed to guide me through the process. I had been renting my house out with Integrity RE as my agents, and when time came to sell I didn't even consider anyone else. Being distant from my house and having a demanding career, I didn't have a lot of time or energy to give to my house sale, so I put my trust in Will to handle everything and guide me along, and he made the process very easy for me. Narelle was just beautiful, with a very caring personality, and it was a pleasure having her also assist with the process. A huge thanks to both of you for your professional and caring attitude throughout my house sale.

William made the property-purchasing experience smooth and comfortable thanks to his great communication and knowledge of the area and the complexities associated with the various overlays.
