Prior to Christmas my tenant indicated that they will be vacating in mid January, a potential tenant was contacted by Ros and an inspection was arranged. The tenants were approved and moved in a day after the current tenants vacated, all without having to advertise my property. I cannot highlight enough how impressed I am with the level of service I received from Ros and Liam and knowing that I did not have to worry about a potential vacant property was a huge relief. We were hesitant at first to use a Property Manager as we already have one property that we manage ourselves. It is however, very easy and so is our long term tenant. The property is managed by InvestRent has not been so easy to tenant, yet they have managed each time to find suitable, reputable tenants for the rent that we require. Their fortnightly statements are easy to translate and if we have a query they respond within 24hours if not straight away.
