The process took alot longer than I expected as the demand for rental properties is very high in the current market. I had a very smooth transition to move into my unit in Coolangatta. Picked up keys and went through all the information on the tenancy agreement with Craig who was very friendly and helpful and happy to assist and answer all of my questions.
