Island Sands Asset Management have gone above and beyond for me. I’ve always felt that if I’m not a current tenant with a good rental history then I won’t get looked at. From the moment I walked in their door, 8 weeks ago, I felt I belonged. They were 5 minutes from closing on a Friday afternoon. Talisha could see I was so stressed about finding a place but assured me I was looking too early and that they would find me a suitable place. She advised me about the tenant app, and explained to me how it worked and what steps I should take to get myself ready to apply for rentals. Not once did she look at her watch or make me feel like I couldn’t ask more questions. THAT to me is outstanding service! I showed ‘interest’ in a place and within half an hour I got a phone call from the Director, Sandy. She took the time to ask me exactly what I was after and advised what she ‘may’ have coming available. We discussed my timeframe and worked together to make it happen - although we did have a number of bumps along the way. I’ve now been in a property that is managed by Island Sands Asset Management for a week. It’s been an easy move in, an easy ‘entry report’ as they have gone over the place THOROUGHLY!!! For me as a tenant, this has been as easy transition - they have done the work for me… But I think most importantly they have actually done the work for the owner. In my opinion, whether you need/want to rent OR your an owner - Island Sands Asset Management will aways work for both parties. So glad I stepped in to their office 8 weeks ago!
