We are very grateful to Sandy, Talisha and the team at Island Sands Asset Management. They were very supportive and encouraging throughout the process; from the initial meeting in our home through to finding very good tenants. They were also patient with our delays with renovations and pushing out the rental date. We are impressed with their level of expertise and high standards for both owners and tenants. Thank you, we look forward to working with you into the future.

Talisha and Sandy are a phenomenal team. From my initial connection with Talisha, she provided valuable insights into the area prior to my purchase which was incredibly useful to be equipped with. Once engaged, they proved to be incredibly proactive and diligent, handling everything seamlessly and ensuring the entire process was smooth-sailing. Impressively, they secured a tenant after the first inspection and achieved a rental return beyond my expectations. I can confidently say they are a cut above the rest and would highly recommend them to any investor looking for a reliable and effective property management team.
