Perfect agency not a single issue so far and very kind and polite. Left me a little welcome package to my new house of a bottle of wine and some chocolates 😀 outstanding 👌

Owning a rental property has its challenges. Island Sands Property Management take the headaches out of the process. They are quick to find new tenants when the need arises. They handle the day to day details, carry out thorough inspections on a regular basis, and they advise and organise trades to carry out any necessary repairs if something should arise. The online portal is a great idea as all information is available at a glance. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

They help me out pretty much to find the right place and it was pretty easy fulfilling all requirements online. And also all the documentation and inspection remain digital easy to access in an app

Sandy and her team are the best property managers we have had in over 10 years, they go above and beyond to ensure we have great tenants and our investment is looked after in a manner that ensures the least stress for us, as their name suggests they are an asset management company so are not distracted by sales their sole focus is managing rentals, our entry reports and routine inspections are very comprehensive with a large amount of clear photographs which is important when you are not visiting the property yourself. Rent has always been received on time. Sandy works long hours and has always promptly answered our questions and attended to any issues that may crop up.

The team’s communications and customer relationship skills are excellent. They kept me appraised of all property maintenance problems which have been numerous and promptly organised all the necessary repairs. The previous tenants were a little challenging and they managed their expectations and obligations with respect and kindness. I am confident in their decision making and highly recommend Island Sands Asset Management .

I brought a property in Gladstone but had no idea who I was going to lease it with as there were so many Real Estates. After being in contact with so many agents the local plumber put me onto Island Sands. After meeting Sandy in person, I knew this was the agent for me. I couldn't be happier.
Island Sands Asset Management
Appreciate how quickly they worked on getting us our place, friendly people and they even added a little welcome basket when we moved in which was going above and beyond.
