Living in another state, good communication and reliability are very important. From the start, Jay made me feel confident that my investment is in good hands. When it came time to sell, Jays strategy worked and enabled us to achieve an outstanding result!! Any and all problems were dealt with quickly and with minimal fuss. All correspondence was clear and punctual. It was a huge help that Jay had such a great relationship with the tenants, who were at times, a bit difficult.
