I was aware of his exceptional service as he was my property manager where he was great - easy to communicate with, always attentive, considerate for both tenant and me, accurate rental statements (very important !). As it was my first sale, I had a lot of questions and I wasn’t even sure if I should sell the property. However he was very friendly and answered all the questions very honestly. Also he provided me in-depth insights on the markets ensuring that I make the right choice by me. He wasn’t forcing or arrogant, but he was very friendly and he made things very easy. Living in another state, good communication and reliability are very important. From the start, Jay made me feel confident that my investment is in good hands. When it came time to sell, Jays strategy worked and enabled us to achieve an outstanding result!! Any and all problems were dealt with quickly and with minimal fuss. All correspondence was clear and punctual. It was a huge help that Jay had such a great relationship with the tenants, who were at times, a bit difficult.
