Communication was prompt, reliable, appropriate for my needs, reflected a good understanding of the current rental market, and provided short and long term advice. My property was presented in the best possible manner and the selection of future tenants was conducted professionally. Most importantly I feel the staff are genuinely committed to providing their best support to meet the individual needs of property owners. This results in great team work between the rental dept staff and the property owner, and confidence that your property is being well cared for both short term and long term.

My Agent kept me up to date with the goings on with my property whilst under their charge, also having the knowledge of local trades people to deal with issues promptly is a huge bonus when dealing with Jacobs & Lowe in "Balnarring".

Rental management section was great. No problem at all. In fact Kim and Rental staff were all great. The only problem we had was when one of your salesman turned up at the rental house without an appointment. Wanting to do a valuation. Then afterwoulds saying he was only introducing himself. We were extremely busy as we were moving out of the rental property. We then received a letter indicating indicating that he would come and do a valuation as acceptable by law. As we did not want to see him again. This problem was solved by two sales ladies doing the evaluation instead of the salesman. And Kim being there having a cup of coffee with us. Comments on Agents: My experience with some agents (not this agent) has been that they don't treat people who rent correctly. Like pay $100 deposit for keys and have them back within the hour after inspecting the rental property yourself. Agents need to remember some who rent may be in the market for a home. But they won't go back to a agent who treated them badly. Also some agent owners are more worried about selling properties and are not intetested in the rental section. As indicated these comments do not relate to this agent. This is my feedback.
