Things you didn’t know about Kim How long have you been in the Real Estate Industry – 6 years What do you love about being in the industry or your job – I love Real Estate – I love the challenge of providing the best service possible to the client ( investor) whilst meeting the need of the customer ( tenant) and caring for someone’s else property as if it was your own. I love working for an industry that appreciates the difficulties faced within property management . What were you doing before real estate- I was in customer service for a large retail firm, and prior to that I worked as a policewoman. What do you enjoy to do outside of work-, travelling, photography, spending quality time with good friends. What’s your favourite food – Anything fresh and healthy, fish would be one of my favourites. If money wasn’t an issue and you could choose one place to go on a holiday where would it be- This is a hard one, as I have travelled extensively growing up and have so many places I want to go back to as an adult. I do feel drawn to visit Ireland again, as that’s where my family originated.

Kate is a valued member of the Jacobs & Lowe team. With her professional and friendly nature, Kate ensures that all registered tenants are able to inspect our rental properties. Having been with our company for more than five years Kate is familiar with all the processes in regards to leasing. Living in Mt Eliza, Kate and her husband enjoy socialising and spending time with their two adult children.
