I initially met Janelle when looking to buy a property in the Seymour area, and was immediately very impressed with her friendly manner and trust worthy nature. So when I purchased a property from a different agency, getting Janelle Puppa to manage the property was a logical choice. I've been very happy with the tenants they have founds for me, and I've found their communication to be very good. They have access to good trades people who do what they say they will at a fair price with no hassle. All the minor bits and pieces that come up are dealt with quickly in a pain-free way. I have full confidence in my agent and the agency, and trust these guys completely - which is not something I'd say about many agencies unfortunately. Good people, good service, trustworthy, all at a fair price. 100% recommend.
