Easy rental process
We were in need of a rental at late notice. Being aware there wasn’t much on the market, we contacted Janelle to put our name on the waiting list. Within just a couple of days Janelle had a property for us! The rest of the process was simple and efficient. End result we have now decided to list our property for sale with Janelle!

Great agency
Janelle Puppa Real Estate is a great agency. They have excellent attention to detail. However they have a poor response rate to keeping you up to date on applications when renting out your property. Often having to make follow up phone calls. Considering this I would still recommend Janelle Puppa Real Estate for property management
