Jas Stephens Real Estate has managed some of our rental properties for several years and we have been quite happy with its professionalism from the early stage of advertisement to find prospective renters to the on-going management of the properties after they have been leased. In every stage of the management process, we have been updated with what's going on, from the maintenance issues to the routine inspections, to the process of changes of rent (such as rent increases etc).
