My current tenant wanted to break the lease, Sarah from Jas Stephens took control and ensured a smooth transition for me from tenant to tenant. Sarah only needed one inspection, and from that we received approx. 15 applications, which tells me Sarah and Jas Stephens are the ones that the community goes to when looking to rent in Seddon. Sarah did her due diligence, and knowing my requirements she recommended a suitable tenant. Inspection was on a Saturday, new tenant recommended on Monday, and on Tuesday lease signed. Such an easy experience for me. Well done, Sarah.

Christine has been really great. One of the best PM that I’ve ever dealt with. She manages not just the rental but also all the property required fixes coordinating with builder and tenant without our involvement but yet keeping us informed. Also she’s very knowledgeable on the regulations to keep us in line.
