I was impressed with JAS Stephens Real Estate. I advertised through them to get my property rented. They had regular opening inspection times and they managed to attract a high level of interest. Their back-ground checks were thorough and they took careful consideration before making their final decision on a suitable tenant. I had regular updates from them on their progress of finding a tenant (both e-mails and text messages). Their approach with me was very professional and friendly.
