Tate was a great agent. We bought from him in 2015 and didn't hesitate to choose him as our selling agent in 2022. He's friendly to deal with and keeps up good communication. He really put in the hard yards in a tough market and a slow sales time (right before Christmas) and maintained excellent relationships with potential buyers. Highly recommend.
