Our sale process was great from start to end, but what really set it apart is that our auction was planned to take place 4 days after the physical property auction ban was announced in Victoria due to coronavirus. Branko and the team at Jas Stephens did a fantastic job pulling the auction ahead and running it live over Zoom video conferencing, a first all of us and allowing the "auction vibe" to be retained and provided us with a great result in very uncertain buying conditions. Branko kept us fully informed through the whole process and was a pleasure for us to work with again, having sold us the same home in 2007. We returned to Branko because he is genuine, honest, relatable and dependable, and genuinely cares about his clients and buyers. As an ex-agent I appraised Andy’s professionalism and approach to all aspects of the process involved in the successful sale of our family home. Initially his market knowledge was spot-on, his demeanour resulted in our choosing him to list with him above other agents. He advised us how to best work on property presentation and suggested the best marketing campaign and mode of sale in order to achieve a desired outcome. Throughout the whole process, he was very prompt in his real-time feedback and advice.
