Mr. Branko Lemaic worked extremely well with all members of the family, and we found him to be very respectful, efficient, professional and discrete. He kept us well-informed and provided great feedback regarding his progress at all times. His customer service and genuine support is greatly appreciated and he went above and beyond expectation. We chose Jas H Stephens for a number of reasons. Their location in Yarraville provided a connection to prospective buyers looking for a high quality home in an area that was close to the Inner West prime locations , but in their price range. Branko also had an intimate knowledge of the Inner West market, and a fantastic understanding of the Sunshine area. This knowledge was combined with a short,sharp,efficient and collaborative campaign.Communications during the campaign were clear and to the point, along with the pre auction documentation. The result was a record sell price for our area, beyond our expectations. In all , a fantastic experience.

Branko was both personable and professional from start to finish. We had a very short sales cycle but Branko worked very hard, opening for inspections twice at weekends and showing people around during the week. He was spot on with his valuation and negotiated a very good price from the interested parties before auction.
