We have known George since he sold our first home back in 2000. Since then, he and Jas H Stephens have handled the purchase and sale of a number of Yarraville properties for us, the latest being our home in Severn Street Yarraville on July 26th. We both currently live and work overseas, and there was no one else we would have trusted to sell our family home from such a distance. At first we thought selling from overseas would be a difficult process, particularly as the house required some minor renovations and a general tidy up. I would definitely recommend Tate and Jas H Stephens. I saw him in action at a couple of auctions and he stood out compared to other agents for his openness, attitude and integrity. After signing with him he didn't disappoint. He was very good at communicating and discussing strategies for the sale. He is knowledgeable about the local area and upfront and honest about what people want and what to expect. During the sale i was living elsewhere and Tate went above and beyond the call of duty to organize and oversee trades on my behalf. We ended up selling prior to auction and i felt i could really trust his advice through that decision process. I think if you meet him or speak to him on the phone you will instantly feel comfortable working with him to sell your home. You really do get what you see/hear with him and for me that was vital.
