Branko was recommended to us by a friend, as someone who would "tell it like it is" and is just a "good bloke". And that's exactly what we got with Branko looking after the sale of our home. It was slightly tricky organising the sale of our home as we were living 350kms away from Yarraville at the time, but Branko made all of the interactions really easy via phone and email. He would keep us up to date after every open for inspection and provided an extremely thorough pre auction overview, so we pretty much knew exactly how the auction day would turn out. We greatly appreciated all of his efforts on auction day and the professional way in which he conducted himself throughout the entire campaign. We found dealing with George easy and refreshing. He communicated during the offer process and made sure that we were kept in the loop during the offer process. He was genuinely excited for us when we secured the house at a price that both we and the vendors were happy with. I don't think you can ask for much more in an agent than someone who enjoys what they do, which then allows you to be excited about your new place!
