From the get go we wanted an agent who was professional, honest and reliable. Lily blew us out of the water. We felt Lily was always honest and always working in our interests (not her own, unlike others!). Truth be told, we're always wary of dealing with agents, because previous experience has found them to be smooth talking, pointy shoed sleaze burgers - but Lily was far from that, she was in a class of her own.
