John wasn’t pushy or rude like lots of other agents I had met at other properties and took the time to answer any questions I had despite him being unwell throughout the process. My wife and I were very pleased with the performance of John Galea, agent of JasStephens, in leading and taking us through the sale of our Melbourne property (addressed above) during these last several months from June through August, 2024. Due to our residence in New Zealand, we were pleased that we were able to leave the property in the capable hands of John. He arranged for certain necessary improvements to the property that facilitated the sale and then communicated with us through his pre-auction arrangements and showings, detailing the likelihood of every inspection's chance of success.
